Andrea Williams, MBA, MOL

Founder and Principal Consultant

Andrea Williams brings a diverse background in organizational leadership, professional development, training, and coaching to  AWI Leadership. Her experience, combined with her passion for helping individuals and teams reach their full potential, shapes her practical, engaging, and people-centered approach to leadership development.

Holding both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a master's degree in Organizational Leadership, Andrea combines academic knowledge with extensive hands-on experience building and leading organizations, developing programs, facilitating learning, and helping individuals grow.

Leadership in Action

In 2025, Andrea partnered with ONEOK to support the rollout of a leadership development program reaching more than 750 frontline leaders. Her contributions included facilitating training sessions, providing feedback on program content, and supporting the transition of facilitation responsibilities to ONEOK's internal team.

Andrea's leadership experience extends well beyond the corporate environment. For more than 14 years, she has served as the founder and CEO of I Will Stand International, an international nonprofit organization. In this role, she has developed and managed programs, coordinated international teams, worked in partnership with foreign governments, and overseen organizational operations.
